David has been in the Background Screening Industry sense 1993 as a business owner and working for large Background Screening Companies. In 2003 David helped establish the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and went on to be the first Co-Chair. As Co-Chair, David was instrumental in laying the ground work for what is now the largest association in the world for the Background Screening Industry. David’s experience includes expanding service offerings, creating solutions and leveraging partnerships to create broader company strength in the Background Screening Industry and Human Capital arena. Areas of experience include Background Screening domestic and internationally, Drug Testing, I-9, Fingerprinting, Unemployment Screening, Employment Verification Outsourcing, Business Tax Incentives; WOTC, and W2 services. David has actively participated in executive sponsorship for large fortune 1000 companies and a top three non-profit organization to successfully execute target deliverables. David’s has had a past company referenced in the book “how to Succeed and Make Money with Your First Rental House” and authored several articles for the NAPBS, Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, Gwinnett Daily News, and Exhibit City News.
