David Hein, Past Co-Chair of the National Association of Professional
Background Screeners (NAPBS) joins Smith & Carson Atlanta
Smith & Carson have served employers for over 30 years with Human Resource services and are expanding their offerings to include Pre-employment Background Screening. David will be the Vice President and Practice Director in charge of developing this division and has been an active member within this industry since 1993. Traditional as well as in depth Human Resource services will be offered by Critical Research, Inc to complete the total cycle of employee employment, from pre-hire to post-hire.
In 2003 David helped establish the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and went on to be the first Co-Chair. As Co-Chair, David was instrumental in laying the ground work for what is now the largest association in the world for the Background Screening Industry. David’s experience includes expanding service offerings, creating solutions and leveraging partnerships to create broader company strength in the Background Screening Industry and Human Capital arena. Areas of experience include Background Screening domestic and internationally, Drug Testing, I-9, Fingerprinting, Unemployment Screening, Employment Verification Outsourcing, Business Tax Incentives; WOTC, and W2 services. David has actively participated in executive sponsorship to large fortune 1000 companies and a top three non-profit organization to successfully execute target deliverables.
